The Talent Development Program (TDP) is a year-long program based around the philosophy and criteria set by NZ Football as part of their Youth Football Framework and is the replacement for the Federation System which is in the process of being phased out. The program's goal is to provide those players in the footballing talent space with best practice development opportunities and a platform to realise their potential and knowledge of the game.
