Ultra Football takes great pride in our reputation for quality, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached, and original packaging).
Please use a suitable satchel or carton to return your item(s) by courier, as we cannot process any orders that are damaged in the post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product, for your refund to be processed.
If you have ordered an incorrect style and/or size, you will need to place a new order on the website. Your items that are not required will be refunded to you after we have received them back and inspected them.
We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone personalisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Product Assessments team. Please choose your personalisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your order confirmation email for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly personalised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them. We will not accept returns of personalised items if prior to, during or after the personalisation process a player changes his/her number or leaves a club.
We are also unable to accept returns on any Club Zone products that have had player personalisation (number/s and/or player names) printed on to the item.
Please contact us ASAP if you suspect that the item you purchased from Ultra Football is faulty. If the item is deemed to be faulty by our Product Assessments team, Ultra Football will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type, and will be returned to you.
Ultra Football is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been personalised, worn, washed or have the original packaging damaged. Change of mind returns are only available with proof of receipt and only apply to items in a resalable condition during which Ultra Football will exchange the item for a refund, less the original freight charges. In this instance the cost of freight to return is to be paid by the customer.
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your Ultra Football order confirmation will be required for proof of purchase.
By Courier - Please do not post items back to us as you are then unable to provide a proof of delivery. Unless a Signature Required service is selected, we are unable to accept responsibility for your return without an accepted signature from one of our staff.

Please ensure you include a copy of your order confirmation email with your return.
Customer returns may be dropped in to our Distribution centre and left in the area marked for returns. Orders for any new/replacement products are still required to be placed via our website, and these will be despatched once ready - due to high order volumes, collection of those orders is not possible.
